Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Whisk eggs in one bowl. Mix flour and cornstarch in another.
- Dip the chicken in egg, then coat it with the flour mixture.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry the chicken until golden and crispy.
- In a pan, sauté minced garlic. Add honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Toss crispy chicken in the honey garlic sauce until evenly coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot with rice or noodles!
