Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups club soda
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- Ice cubes (as needed)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine strawberries and sugar. Heat over medium until the strawberries break down and form a syrup (about 10 minutes).
- Stir in vanilla extract and let the mixture cool. Strain out the strawberry pulp for a smooth syrup.
- Fill each glass with ice cubes and pour 3 tablespoons of strawberry syrup into each glass.
- Slowly pour in club soda until the glass is about ¾ full.
- Gently drizzle 2 tablespoons of heavy cream into each glass.
- Stir lightly to create a beautiful swirl effect.
- Top with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry. Serve with a straw and enjoy immediately!
Notes
Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor. Chill your glasses beforehand to keep the soda fizzy longer. Stir gently to avoid flattening the bubbles.
